2006 PHEASANT HUNTING POLICY

2.   First hunting session begins at 9:00 a.m., second at 11:00 a.m., third at 1:00 p.m., leftovers at 3:00 p.m.

3.   Hunting is limited to one Hunting Party per hunting session.

4.   The number of hunters in each party shall be determined by Team Captains. Some teams are assigned with more than four people with the understanding that not everyone can hunt every session due to work,

5.   Hunting parties shall be responsible for stocking for the following session.
    a. Be sure to stock birds away from the Carey house and My Father's House.

6.   Hunting sessions shall commence at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
    a. Know the property lines at all times.

    c. If in doubt, pass on shooting.

7.   Last party shall return empty boxes to the Club.

8.   Twenty four birds shall be purchased each session. Eight birds shall be stocked for each of the three hunting sessions.
    a. If the pheasant farm loads the boxes, the birds will be delivered to the club. We will let the pheasant farm decide on the weather issues.
    b. Sometimes weather changes and does not permit hunting as scheduled. The captains can contact each other on Friday night to discuss any potential changes. The birds can be stocked later or brought back to the club and processed to the freezer for the game dinners. We should not try to hold them over to Monday unless they can be properly housed with space, water, and feed.

9.   Each party shall supply their own dog.

10.   Stocking and hunting responsibilities shall be completed in accordance with the established schedule. Vacancies in hunting teams may be filled by Team Captains. Teams members are designated according to pre-arranged sign up:
